Centrally located hotel just off the tourist places, the markets and tourist attraction, and the Old Town. Extremely comfy beds & reasonably large rooms. Excellent services, free Wi-Fi.

Early check in and a welcoming service throughout my stay. Excellant breakfast with a lot of local food. Excellent location relatively near Three Kings Monument.

The location is marvellous and ideal, 1 km from a night bazaar. The breakfast is sensational and great with plenty of food.

I really enjoyed central location really close to shops, bars and the railway station. The breakfast was fine with bacon, efficient and absolutely courteous staff.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area, close to the lively water-throwing festivities. It's perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the town. They also provide a comfortable cot bed and kid-friendly TV channels, making it a great choice for families. The bathrooms are well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Breakfast lacked sufficient staff for clearing tables and replenishing the buffet.

Checked in on 5 occasions during month in Northern Thailand, (twice through Booked.net ) asked for double twice through Booked.net given twin, no free wifi, available everywhere else, breakfasts were poor & cold, 3rd floor carpet threadbare, coffee not replenished daily, AC only max and off, not low & medium in one of the rooms 704. there is better valiue for money in Chiang Mai, and will likely not stay there next year - have been at Amora 4 years running.

staff don't have the personal touch that a family running guest house can offer, but overall service is ok. some facilities such as slippers and robes are only provided to suites.

the hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location. I had a previous stay in Chiang Mai and this hotel surpassed my previous experiences. It was a lovely and posh hotel with clean facilities. Breakfast had a variety of options and the spa facilities were a nice addition.

Shower water volume was low.

Our stay at Amora Thapae Hotel was great. The lobby was nice and air-conditioned, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a huge selection of food, satisfying all our cravings. We didn't have to wait long for the elevator thanks to the three available lifts.

Breakfast buffet was abundant, a lot of choice and rooms were good in general. Cleaned every day and quite family friendly.

Big resort for the smaller city. Swimming pool never had sunlight unless you go bathing before 11 am. Poor English skills at the front desk.

We had a great stay here with nice, clean rooms and helpful staff. We loved the fantastic location, near all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the easy transportation options, including a simple transfer from the airport.
